Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Fettle collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Fettle compliance tracking service.

Information we collect

  • Account information — names, email addresses, and roles of the people in your organization that you add to Fettle.
  • Compliance data — certifications, training records, issue and expiration dates, and any evidence documents you upload.
  • Billing information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage and log data — basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, including last-login timestamps.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, send compliance and account notifications, process payments, provide support, and improve and secure Fettle. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Fettle (for example, cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing), each bound to handle it on our instructions. We may disclose information where required by law.

Data retention

We retain your organization's data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When an account closes, you may export your records; we then delete or anonymize data in line with our retention practices, except where retention is legally required.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation so each organization's data is separated from others'. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

Organization administrators can add, edit, and remove member data within Fettle. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact us.
